A free lesson booking app for tennis coaches

Young Woong Moon · working golf lesson pro, developer of ProField · Updated October 2, 2026

Tennis coaches juggle court times, private lessons, clinics and packages — usually across text threads and a spreadsheet. ProField puts the schedule, the packages and the video feedback in one free app.

It was built by a working lesson pro (golf, in my case), so it is designed around how private lessons actually run: open slots, packs of lessons, and quick feedback between sessions.

What you get

Private lessons and clinics in one calendar

Open single slots for privates and give a slot a capacity for a clinic or group drill session — players book the same way for both. Recurring weekly slots mean your regular Tuesday 6 pm clinic is set up once.

Lesson packs are deducted per booking, so you always know who has lessons left, and players can see their own remaining count without asking you.

Stroke feedback without another app

Film a serve or forehand, slow it down, draw on it and send it to the player’s app. Each clip is saved to that session’s notes so you can both look back at progress over a season.

FAQ

How much does ProField cost?

It is free to use. The BASIC plan is free, and PREMIUM is also free after a short application inside the app. Students never pay to use the app.

Does ProField take a cut of my lesson fees?

No. ProField does not process lesson payments — your students pay you directly, the way they already do, so there is no commission.

Can I run group clinics?

Yes. Set a capacity on any time slot and players book spots until it is full.

Which languages are supported?

English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Korean, with your own time zone and currency for lesson fees.
