Frequently asked questions

Do students have to pay?

No. ProField is free for students. Lesson fees are paid directly to the coach.

Is it really free for coaches?

Yes. BASIC is free, and PREMIUM is also free after a short application inside the app.

What kind of lessons can I teach?

Any 1:1 or small-group lesson — golf, tennis, Pilates, personal training, music, Go, coding and more.

Which languages are supported?

English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish and Korean. The app follows your device language, and you can change it anytime in My page.

Can I use it on a computer?

Yes. Sign in at app.profield.kr with the same account you use on your phone.

I teach outside Korea. Do times work in my time zone?

Yes. Each coach has their own time zone, and lesson prices can be shown in your own currency.

Terms of Service (summary)

ProField connects coaches and students and provides lesson booking, lesson-pass tracking, video analysis, messaging and coach tools. An account is created when you agree to these terms and sign up. You can delete your account at any time inside the app; your data is deleted immediately except where the law requires us to keep it. Users must not post false information or content that infringes the rights of others. ProField is not a party to lessons or payments between coaches and students and is not responsible for disputes between them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If this summary and the Korean version differ, the Korean version prevails.

Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect: email, name, role, profile (title, experience, area, introduction, photos, videos), coach–student connections, lesson passes, bookings, messages, reviews and video analyses, push tokens and lesson location. With social login, the email and nickname provided by that service. 2. Purpose: providing the service (student management, booking, video analysis, messages, notifications), identity verification and customer support. 3. Retention: deleted without delay when you delete your account, except records the law requires us to keep. 4. Third parties: we do not sell or share your data. Processors: Supabase (database & authentication), Expo/Google/Apple (push notifications). 5. Your rights: you can view, correct or delete your data (account deletion) at any time. 6.
