A free Acuity Scheduling alternative built for lessons

Young Woong Moon · working golf lesson pro, developer of ProField · Updated October 2, 2026

Acuity Scheduling is a solid, general-purpose booking tool used by everyone from consultants to salons. Coaches often start there — and then add a spreadsheet for lesson packs and another app for video feedback.

ProField is built only for lessons, so packs, cancellation cutoffs and lesson notes are part of the core app, and it is free to use.

FAQ

How much does ProField cost?

It is free to use. The BASIC plan is free, and PREMIUM is also free after a short application inside the app. Students never pay to use the app.

Does ProField take a cut of my lesson fees?

No. ProField does not process lesson payments — your students pay you directly, the way they already do, so there is no commission.

Is ProField only for golf?

No. It was built by a golf pro, but it works for any 1:1 or small-group lessons — tennis, Pilates, yoga, personal training, music and more.
