A free lesson scheduling app for music teachers

Young Woong Moon · working golf lesson pro, developer of ProField · Updated October 2, 2026

Private music teachers juggle weekly regulars, make-up lessons and prepaid packages — usually across texts and a paper calendar. ProField keeps the weekly schedule, the lesson balance and your notes in one free app.

What you get

Weekly regulars and make-up lessons

Set up a student’s regular weekly time once and it books itself each week against their lesson pack. When someone needs a make-up, they can pick from the hours you opened instead of messaging back and forth.

Recordings with feedback

Record a passage or a scale, add a note or draw on the video, and send it to the student’s app. Each clip is saved with the lesson so progress over a term is easy to show.

Move your current students over in one go

Paste your student list (names, phones optional) and they are added at once. If you would rather not type at all, send us the list and we will set it up for you for free.

FAQ

How much does ProField cost?

It is free to use. The BASIC plan is free, and PREMIUM is also free after a short application inside the app. Students never pay to use the app.

Does ProField take a cut of my lesson fees?

No. ProField does not process lesson payments — your students pay you directly, the way they already do, so there is no commission.

Do students have to install the app?

No. You can add students yourself and book for them. Students who install the app can book and see their lesson balance themselves.

Can I set a cancellation deadline?

Yes. Choose how far ahead students can cancel or reschedule, and the app enforces it.
